Stock Market Competition

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Stock Market Competition enables students to invest a virtual $10,000 on-line portfolio with real-time quotes (in the US Stock Market). Our main goal is to involve students in stock-market simulation. Participating in this competition provides students with the opportunity to gain and apply their knowledge in economic and financial concepts. Regardless of the number of participants, the minimum award for the winner at the end of the competition is 150 EUR
All the money raised from the sign-up goes to the award!
Note: no necessary financial and investing knowledge needed to participate

GUIDELINES:

1. Register at www.investopedia.com

• Click on Register
• Fill out the form
• Press Continue

2.Take the sign-up card from Webster Entrepreneurs locations (Student Lounge and Reception) and fill out the required information

• Sign-up fee = 10 EUR (pay the fee at the Webster Entrepreneurs locations and return your filled out card)

3. Webster Entrepreneurs will give you all the relevant info by e-mail:

• Name of the private group + Password

The winner will be notified immediately after the end of the game. Webster Entrepreneurs staff will hand the award to the winner and his name will be placed on this website.
